Boot from etherboot/pxe

Boot diskless kernel (INSTALL)

at the end run master/install-time/rc.local
	(which then sits in /etc/rc.local)

whick kicks off
	master/install-time/slice2.sh
		(which is /slice2.sh)

This 
	fdisk/labels/formats the HD
	clones the whole 'nodefactory'
	overlays it with the data from nodeconfig
	overlays the right kernel
	reboots

reboot into pre node mode
	driven by the state engine (wireless.states)
	install all packages
	fetch genesis details

reboot into operational node mode.
