First cut at
->	config squid
->	config transp. proxy
->	tighten it up a bit.

Use sysinstall to

->	create 2x memory size in swap
->	remainder UFS disk mounted as /local0, 1..

->	Add entry to /etc/fstab

->	copy in config.squid
	add disks.

->	mkdir -p /local0/squid/cache
	mkdir -p /local1/squid/cache
	..
	chown nobody:nobody /local?/squid/cache

-> 	create structure

	squid -z

->	reboot or use rc to start
