Some volunteers run reverse proxy connections to expose some WL services to the
public world. This is done using a setup of www/apache22 (compiled with
MOD_PROXY_HTML support). And a rewrite engine (quite confusing) called
www/mod_proxy_html to make sure it does not clash with with their own personal
setups. 

As a rule of thumb if you want to join in your machine have to meet the
following conditions:
  - Connection to INET
  - Connection to WL
  - Installed www/apache22
  - Installed www/mod_proxy_html
  - Willingness to reserve the URI http://example.org/wleiden/* 
    within your setup exclusively for WirelessLeiden

Simpele put wleiden-services.conf inside your apache Includes directory 
and you should be good.
